This is the third part of a 4-article series talking about a complete process of Article Marketing. In the first and second parts we’ve discussed how to write and submit articles. Now we’ll look at some issues raised around article submission.

First, we’re talking about duplicate content issue.

Duplicate content issue here refers to the situation in which some content of your website is found the same as that of others for the purpose of manipulating rankings. This leads to duplicate content penalty in which your website will drop badly in ranking or be kept out of the index for good.

To avoid this problem you can write a unique content for your website. Well, obviously, if you’re genuine and original you can keep yourself from any worries about duplicate content.

To increase your page rankings with article submission you can write articles and submit them to other websites. Just be sure you have added links or information that can lead readers to your website.

Next, we’ll look at problems raised when you hire a freelancer to write articles or buy articles from writers.

This has happened to others that for time sake the freelancer might either provide poor articles which lack searching and knowledge or use some article generating software to do the work. This program simply steals pieces of content from existing articles and combines them into a new one.

When article websites discover this, they will remove the articles with stolen content, of course, and more strictly, some might ban the author from publishing any more articles from then on. This will badly affect your website because your URL or your information has been apparently added into those articles.

So you should be very careful in choosing the option of hiring a freelancer or buying articles. These are so available that you can easily find and buy an article from only $5, which promises no value at all.

These are two main problems in article marketing in general. It’s good when you have time and are willing to learn and take lessons yourself.
